  Game Masters help create the energy and excitement necessary for customers to have a genuine Escape Game experience. They offer an enthusiastic attitude while maintaining a professional, service-oriented focus. Game Masters are team players who work in conjunction with team leaders to deliver flawless experiences to our customers by hosting, explaining, facilitating, and monitoring our games.

The Escape Quest, has been created by enthusiasts, and we are seeking other enthusiasts, that are equally fun and wacky people to help grow and create  We are a small business looking to bring awareness to Escape Rooms and the FUN, EXCITMENT, and AWESOME experience that they are! 

• Game Masters will receive and greet teams, explain game rules, monitor their group, and maximize their fun by giving clues/hints.
• Answer guests' questions and take bookings over the phone and in person. 
• Identify and take control of a situation in which a guest is not following the rules or acting in an unsafe manner. 
• Debrief teams, take group photos, and assist with basic cleaning duties.
• Stay productive with cleaning and maintenance during downtime.

Must be 18+ years of age.

Must be comfortable to address 2-10 participants. 

Must be able to work Weekend and Weekday Shifts. 

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal well with change. 

Detail orientation and a high level of focus. 

Must be able to sit and monitor computer monitors without eye strain and keep focused and aid teams as they escape their rooms. 

Must be able to stand for 2 hours, use step stools and climb stairs. 

Must have reliable transportation.
